Cyprus Wedding Venue Review – Limassol (Lemesos)
Le Meridien Hotel
I have only been to the Le Meridien Hotel twice and both time were for not very long…but from what I could see, this hotel is exceptional. One big plus for me is the fact the sun sets over Limassol Bay giving the opportunity for some stunning romantic photography on the beach which otherwise is not always possible in most Limassol Hotels. I suppose the downside of this fact would be that the hotel is a little far out of town. However I feel the sheer quality of the hotel more than makes up for this. The Le Meridien Hotel is 5* and it oozes class. It has extensive, well maintained grounds making for great photography and the small church they have at the front of the hotel is idyllic. You would barely notice you were getting married at the front of a hotel. Simply stunning!
The hotel room I photographed in was not like a normal hotel room. It was absolutely huge!! Normally it is a bit of a squeeze but there was oceans of room making it easy for me to be able to go about my business. The wedding reception areas I have photographed in were lovely and private. I am not sure of the name of one of the areas but it was set in a picturesque part of the hotel grounds and it was surrounded by lush green grass about 20 yards from the beach. If I cannot manage to get to take stunning wedding photographs here, I cannot take them anywhere.
